"The drinks and pastries were very good. The place is small, but inviting. Be prepared for a line so long it will wrap around. It's eclectic: little museum, store, and coffee shop. There's a drive through too. The owner works fast and furious, but so friendly! The guy helping her looks like, maybe, her dad? He takes the order, gets supplies, and packages up the food. She'll call your name, give you your drinks, and ring up the purchases. The people are friendly. You can ask about the local school sports, the beans from Colorado Springs, and other random topics."

Dinner was delightful, hostess Ms. Jeanette was very attentive along with the server Ms. Anne and the bartender Mr. Keith had a local distilled Rye whiskey to serve. "I’ve traveled to many bbq joints in Texas, Kansas City, North Carolina and all over the US. This places brisket is better than most. It was tender, not greasy and a great job with the smoker. Their home made bbq sauce was fantastic too!"
