Krispy Krunchy Chicken - Feedback

What Krystal Wyatt doesn't like about Krispy Krunchy Chicken:
I went to the Krispy Krunchy Chicken location on today. I ordered chicken tenders and my husband ordered chicken wings. My tenders were hard and very dry. My husband’s chicken wings were dry and old with a taste of old grease. We also had fries they were not completely cooked. The biscuit was suppose to be a honey buttered biscuit. Chicken from a gas station/convenience store doesn't seem like the best place to get a good meal, but this place fries up chicken better than most of the local chicken restaurants and all of the local chicken chains. Matter of fact, if it can be fried they'll drop it in a big ole grease filled fryer and cook it until it's crisp and golden brown. Be sure to pay attention to the menu though.
