The restaurant offers delicious beans, white rice, and amazing salsa, with very fast service. I hope they will start to offer vegan cheese soon, but I am just happy that they are open. The mole sauce is both vegan and excellent.

The vegetarian burrito can be made vegan by requesting no dairy (cheese and sour cream are included by default). It comes with guacamole and optional cabbage and/or corn. There are about 5 different salsas to choose from. In addition to a burrito, you have the option of getting a bowl with white rice and black beans. I opted for a green salsa that was labeled as medium spicy, but I found it to be quite mild. The service was friendly. You can dine indoors, at a small outdoor table, or use the drive-thru. The cost for a burrito or bowl is $12 without any special additions, and there is a 4% fee for credit card payments.

Good drilling, white rice, large salsa. and super fast service. I hope they will begin with vegan cheese, but only glad they exist. molecular sauce is vegan and great.
