We went for supper on August 9 2022 and it wasn’t there. It has not been there since covid started. Here’s a picture if where it used to be.

Had a chili cheese dog from DQ. It was quite good! The mall is quite busy on this freezing day

Would give a zero. Lady wouldnt serve my 2.5 year old son and I without a mask even though we are exempt. Should be ashamed of themselves. Store should be closed

Zero Stars (Dairy Queen inside Food Court of Seven Oaks Mall Abbotsford Rude unprofessional teenage employee with no logic says ' 'I can 't serve you if not you are not wearing a mask .. Every other clothing food establishment in Seven Oaks Has had zero issues/comments. Being medically exempt due to having surgery behind my ears I was refused service. BUT hold on; they will accept your filthy cash, but won 't serve you if your not wearing a mask even though your in the food court where dozens of shoppers are eating with no mask meters away. Teenage female employee then refuses to tell me her name and refuses to tell me the managers name. In person and even after calling in after.. Head Office was notified. Owner never followed up. Horrible service. Staff refused to make my order (a julius) because I asked for no milk powder. After trying to explain I can't have milk they said I have to leave and called security. No voices were raised and this all happened withing 5 minutes. Very rude staff. I asked for manager and supervisor phone numbers but they refused both.
