Fantastic service and food. Had to wait 6 months for my reservation but was worth the wait. I recommend the very authentic rustic pine cone soup.

The pinecone salad and cedar mulch soup were exquisite. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely frequent this fine establishment.
The classical training of the chefs is wildly apparent with their inspired use of natural and fresh-from-the-earth ingredients contributing to some absolutely amazing cuisine. Bark. Pine cones. Bark mulch. Delicious.
Like nothing you’ve eaten before. Fresh texture and compelling flavours. This place has some of the most distinctive terroir to enhance the plate. The ambience is a fresh take on nostalgic longing.
