This is my go-to grocery store. The prices are unbeatable, and they have a really good selection as well. Kind of out of the way for me, but it's definitely worth it. View all feedback.
What p s doesn't like about Real Canadian Superstore Gladwin Road:
The prices here are exorbitant, and it's incredibly frustrating that every time I order from Instacart, I receive rotten vegetables and fruits with moldy chunks and a horrendous smell. Why am I paying such high prices for food that's inedible and disgusting. View all feedback.

So I just witnessed you employees giving a mother and a child a hard time when I just saw probably about 3 people stealing. I was next to her she's trying to tell you she's got money to pay but you chose to question her further more especially when she's telling you those are her bags from home. Do better Superstore. Not all single moms are shoplifters. Edit: I don't know how on earth you guys can make this right but you need to figure it out before more of your employees make more single moms and families out there uncomfortable by doing the same thing to this woman I witnessed today. FIGURE IT OUT, DO BETTER!

Dropping my former 4 star review to 1 star. Please teach your staff that they have no right to demand information about a customer's disability when they're just trying to to shop and mind their own business. Cashier Harinder harassed me today about my disability when all I was trying to do was pay for my groceries like everyone else. Learn some manners!
Beware if you add to your order after they have taken the initial amount 25%. They will withdraw the adjusted amount (in full) 25% without crediting the initial payment. They took $136 the first time, and I added paper towels. They took $148.. So I paid $274. I am out $136 on Christmas Eve, but as the manager at the Store said, I don 't work for the bank, what do you expect me to do ? How is it my bank 's fault? Do they not have to instruct the bank to release the hold on the $136.They returned the $148 and took the new balance but didn 't touch the initial withdrawal. BTW, they say that it is standard practice to take the money twice if you have added to your order. Merry Christmas More problems: March 2024: Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I placed an order on Mar. 9th. The order was confirmed for delivery on the 20th. On the 20th I went to check my order status but it wasn 't on my account page. So at 830 am I called and was told there was no problem. They had the order, but by 230 I checked again. Same response. Just before my delivery time slot (5 6 pm), I got a call asking if I had intended to cancel the order. OMG What??? what followed was a series of calls back and forth. They again, blamed it on my bank as they did over Christmas even though they withdrew the money from my account on the 19th. They actually blame it on your bank in the form letter that accompanies the cancelation notice. It was left that someone would (but didn 't) get back to me. I called this morning to see if they would rush my order today but No sorry. The only good thing is that my Express Pass is due to automatically renew on the 1st of April. So I guess Save On will be my new delivery provider.
