I wasn't even supposed to stop in Abbotsford, but I sure am glad I did! I found this absolute gem of a tiny sandwich shop with everything made on the premises by Carlos, who is obviously passionate about his craft: I had a late lunch and so it wasn't too busy and he took the time to tell me about how he slices, seasons and prepares all of his meats and breads in the back.
