"Good cookies, right? Pricier, but you know that going in. This location has consistently had terrible service. Untrained in customer service, borderline rude staff who behave as though your patronage is inconveniencing them. And assuming a tip at payment on top of premium pricing? Ridiculous."

"Loved this place. A very divey hole-in-the-wall. The food was incredible, prices were great, and the service was good. I had the spicy pork Bahn Mi. Was excellent with a generous portion of (actually spicy) pork. I'm not from the area, but would go back if I return and definitley recommend this place to anyone who wants a great sandwich. PS. "The best experience I’ve had at a small coffee shop! Pam herself was there serving us. She had the warmest smile and the most inviting personality. She knew most customers by name and remembered their order. She has earned my patronage for the rest of my days! I could not recommend this place more if you’re looking for a comfortable, fun, homey coffee shop to spend your time! Thank you Pam for your hard work. It was my first time in the place and I’m absolutely smitten! Plus I’m lactose intolerant and they had everything non dairy from drinks to whipped cream! I loved it!"
