I loved this place since 1978. I bought the most delicious cheese bag today. I ate it right out of the bag, no cream cheese needed. the other 5 bagels are safe and sounded here untouched. they are looking for an authentic tasty bite, that is their place. it is not a soft mushy bagel. it is solid and the inner is perfectly wonderful. the staff is quick and helpful. photos next time.
