I wasn't able to make it up to dunkin to pickup my order that I made through the app. I went in the next day and manager Nancy made my order for me. She is so nice and has great customer service skills. Thanks Mrs Nancy. ? View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
hecht. the dinge were good at this place for one, but recently and especially this on 9/22, the dinge got bad. I waited in the drive waiting for 10 minutes to finally pay for and I will not pass my donuts but a coffee, they forgot it and had to ask me again what I wanted, watched the guy make it then, spill a bundle of it while I half up with the lid, and then when I swallowed it was not even my coffee order.
