I enjoy McDonald's, but I consistently find that the buns and cheese are served cold. Additionally, there should be more emphasis on hand washing, wearing gloves while serving (especially with ice cream), changing gloves regularly when sweating or touching your face, improving the overall appearance, and providing better training and patience for new employees.
