Very unprofessional and uncaring! Came in on this chilly morning with our trained service dog to order coffee and was told they would take our order outside. We asked why and they stated no dogs allowed. We kindly explained he is a service animal and the unkind person shook their head and gave us the biggest sigh and dirty look making us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. The gelato here was atrocious. I love ice creams and gelatos and I like trying out gelatos at new places. This was my first time here and very likely the last....
