I filled out the form online for someone to call me to discuss catering for 5 cakes for our anniversary party in clemmons for May 20. Several days went by and no call. I called clemmons location Saturday morning and was told they would reach out to the manager and have them call me. Nothing! I called back at 5pm and Cayla put me on hold for almost 20 minutes and never came back!!! Terrible customer service!!!! View all feedback.
