There is nothing better than being the customer, making a mistake and not being made to feel bad about it. What User doesn't like about Sully's Steamers:
The service is very good and they have interesting options menu options, but they fail at the basics. I've tried this place 2 times hoping my first experience was a fluke, but I was disappointed both times. The bagel sandwiches are soggy and gross, this should never be the case at a place which specializes in bagels. Delicious bagel sandwiches, made to order and prepared quickly. A bit messy but that's part of the deliciousness!
Excellent bagels!! Have really enjoyed it both times. I hope to make it for lunch/dinner once the college crowd has gone. The special has been great both times.
