This is the closest Dunkin' to me and so I've been here quite a few times now. The wait time for the drive-thru is usually average .. haven't had to wait too long! The only complaint I have is sometimes they run out of things but other than that it's good and I'd recommend it! View all feedback.

Ordered two avocado toast top with bacon. On both The bread was never toasted and they were stingy with the bacon. Been to other Dunkins that is better than this one. View all feedback.
Worst dunkin in Clermont! Only ever stopped here cause it's on my way to work and the food has never been made correctly or even warm and the staff is rude as all heck, and today was my last visit.
The woman who works the drive thru in the morning is rude! Won't go here
Everything I ordered from here was horrible, they’re more worried about getting customers in and out of the drive thru than the quality of their products. I felt rushed. The coffee was all cream and just tasted like sweet water (even asked for light cream and sugar) , old stale hash browns and the croissant sandwich was rock hard and cold. I’ll never go here again. What a waste of money.
Absolutely Ridiculous my visit was today. I came in and ordered at 1:40… it’s currently 2:05 and no one is here. These kids are laughing loud historically, talking about everything except the one sandwhich I ordered. You have a job to work and make money, not give the experience I’m having today. Never coming back after this 30 min ordeal over one sandwhich. No one saying a word to me if they’re even slightly falling behind but you’re not. Cars are coming and going.Update: I can’t believe I sat here for almost 40 minutes, huge waste of time.
