"This place is part market, and part restaurant. I've never bought anything from the market side, but it all looks good and fresh. Lots of merchandise you won't see anywhere else. Big selection of wines and cheeses.The restaurant side is semi-table service. Place your order at the counter and pay, and someone will bring it out to you. They have inside and outside seating.I've had their pizza lunch special a couple of times. Two slices and a soda for 7-something. Maybe 7.99. The slices are huge. A couple could probably split an order and each have enough to eat. They will add toppings if you want, but I recommend just enjoying the cheese pizza. It's different from anywhere else and the toppings don't add much to the flavor. Just my opinion.It's a big family operating the place and they're all quite friendly and welcoming. Lots of chatter. Babies in back in playpens. Young, polite kids working up front. I really enjoy visiting there. You will too."

"Great taste. Meat to bread ratio was perfect. It was still hot when it arrived. I only wish there was another selection for the bread. Ive never had rye bread, so I tried it and I didnt like it. So if they add white bread as an option, unfortunately as it is I wont order it again."

"My husband and I are visiting Phoenix, Arizona. This place is close to our hotel so we decided to try it. I'll tell you the food is delicious. Very good and highly recommended! You're not disappointed! We have ordered various items from the menu and everyone was very delicious. And the service was great! The guys behind the bar were very hesitant and kept our food and drinks coming. I even told one of them to say no when I tried to order more food. You will not be disappointed with something on the menu and the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. We'll go back before we go. Thank you. 5 stars of ARIZONA! And the people in Claremont are so nice and friendly. Very nice people."
