Grand Hotel - Clermont

What User likes about Grand Hotel:
Warm welcome from the barman who had lived only about 150 miles of us in the UK! We had lunch , which was delicious and booked to stay overnight with my cousin and his wife. Our rooms were clean, adequate but a little tired. Our bathroom door did not shut at all, but Hey Ho! We ate in the hotel/pub for dinner and were amazed by the Chinese meal we received. ordered our meals and sat down. every time we asked where our meals were, they still said 10 minutes. waited 1 hour, 20mns before we ask for our money back. they found out that they took care of the meal before the sitting guests. would not return to this restaurant. View all feedback.
