Airport Grocery - Cleveland

Most of the time it is pleasant to eat. never the same twice, but edible. it is the service of the command. we have been doing business with this facility for years, mainly due to its close proximity to our house, so that we continue to give them opportunity to get it right. the last four commands were wrong in one way or another. either missing something or we get things that we didn't order. no way to say what with the acknowledgement that came in the pocket when it was not evaluated. I was done after the second time, but my man has more geduld than I, but I think he has seen the light this time! Come on. let's go back to quality service as we had in the old days. the one you so lovingly promote in your restaurant.

Service both male was I terrible. Not only did we wait almost 2 hours for our food, but the bar manager was absolutely the rude person and she was totally unacceptable. After we waited for our food for so long, we have to go and it was burned and cold when we opened it! we had to pay for what would not have happened and the only way to get our money back on food that we could not even eat was to call several times and get into a argument with the owner.

We have been doing business with this establishment for years mainly due to its close proximity to our home so we continue to give them chance after chance to get it right. The last four orders have been wrong in one way or another. Either something is missing or we receive things we did not order. No way to tell what was charged with the receipt that came in the bag as it was not itemized. I was done after the second time but my husband has more patience than I do but I think he's seen the light this time!! Come on airport. Let's get back to quality service like we had in the old days. You know, the ones you so lovingly promote in your restaurant.
