What Sam Kopcok doesn't like about Big Tom's Backyard Grill:
I heard this was a restaurant Impossible turnaround from a few years ago, first time in. Had the Philly with spicy potato salad. Sandwich was piping hot, loaded with meat, peppers, onions and just the right amount of Dukes mayo. Potato salad wasspicy with red pepper and jalapeño. Service was top notch by Logan. "We've been to several Fazoli's around the country and I've never seen one as well-run as this one. The staff were exceptionally friendly attentive, the food presentation was perfect, the food was delicious and hot, ample bread sticks were given, and the restaurant was squeaky clean. However, the best part was the morale and esprit de corps was incredible. You could tell that they all genuinely enjoy working together. It was really busy and I'm sure they were stressed, but you couldn't tell. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be back!"
