Chili's Grill - Cleveland

What User likes about Chili's Grill:
Just chillies is an amazing place to stop and hang out and they absolutely have some great food here. The bar is awesome as well. The staff is absolutely amazing and the hard-working crew. You see them going and going and going. They are friendly and definitely make the time there worth it. They make fast food feel like home. What User doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
The whole place looked dirty. Seen several cob webs. The woman's bathroom was very dirty. From the toilets to the doors not closing properly. Finger prints all over the windows and glass. This was at 11am and we were the first customers there. Also my silver ware in the packets were still wet. From the bathroom to the kitchen hallway I could see how dirty the kitchen floor was.
