Sundays are busy, so if they show up with a bigger group, it could take for a table. so everything else was great. the food and the atmosphere were both more than pleasant. what really shined was the personal. even if our wait was longer than expected. What Charles H doesn't like about Gene's Place To Dine:
Went for breakfast, food was well prepared but quality low.Also they put those unwashed factory distributed jelly containers on top of food. I assume they used fingers to lift and drop onto plate. Gross.Asked for ketchup, received empty container, second container wasn't much better. View all feedback.

"VERY friendly staff, great latte! The baristas were so welcoming, helpful, and patient! They provided recommendations and made our drinks perfectly. My mom and I enjoyed the honey cinnamon latte (homemade oat milk! and snickerdoodle latte. Both were delicious! We will be back to try the quiche and biscuits gravy for sure. Adorable outside patio with a heater and tables and chairs. Give em a try, support local!!"

"The pizza we ordered was delicious and a good size for two. Only reason I gave four stars is that they were a little pricey in my opinion. Not enough to deter me from going here but noticeable enough to mention. The staff was amazing though. Our waitress was super sweet, friendly and made sure our waters never went empty. Atmosphere was p cool. If I lived here I?d come back regularly. Pictured is their Margherita pizza in the small size."
