I just love rally's. Even if u feel its not fresh just tell them they will get u right. I never had attitude from rallys compared to all these other fast food chains. Like they be mad for no reason then catch a attitude when u ask for fresh food like sheesh would you eat stale cold food. View all feedback.

Waited more than five minutes before they took my order. Asked for Ranch Dressing for dipping, didn't get it. My tenders were warm when I got home, but the fries weren't. View all feedback.
Mcdonalds didn't have their shake machine up during their lunch rush, so I went across the street and had absolutely no problem getting 3 here! Friendly
I haven't had a Big Buford in yearsPittsburgh use to have three Rally's locations, but they have all been closed for almost ten years.
