Starbucks - Feedback

What Karl Dehnert likes about Starbucks:
We used several of The Cleveland Clinic locations . Most buildings have one. The staff was polite and although a few times they were really busy. The got our orders in a timely fashion. Everything was consistently good especially the hot ham and cheese my personal favorite) the blueberry scones were also quite tasty. View all feedback. What Afshin Khan doesn't like about Starbucks:
I’ve had too many bad experiences at this store. From long wait times to being given wrong coffee (and not accommodated for milk alternatives as requested) to more recently being given fake currency notes for change. This is the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The staff seem too overwhelmed most times because there’s usually heavy foot traffic at this store, but things seem to be worst in the morning hours. View all feedback.
