Eating was stellar and I saw how the personal over and over for various tables. Eating, dying, and the drinks were perfect. we saw a show in the Alex Theatre and the manager showed us how to get there and recommended the different bars for later. we look forward to going back View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Centro- Cleveland:
I wanted a place near the theatre district. it is a short 4 block to foot directly after euclid ave. very convenient. the restaurant is located in the metropolitan in 9 hotel. beautiful decoration and ambiente. the service was pretty good. Eat was good, but not great and meal are $40-60. it worked well for our needs and overall we had a good time. View all feedback.
Food was amazing! I had the lobster bisque and steak. First time in Cleveland and glad I chose this location for dinner. Highly recommend!
Pretty ok hotel restaurant… good food good service… nothing really notable or interesting about the menu.
The food was great, but it was NYE we were asked by our server if we were going to be ordering dessert, even before our entrees arrived. We felt very rushed… they were cleaning sweeping the bar before 10pm.
I dined early, 6:00 pm, on New Year’s Eve so I thought service and dining would not be an issue; however, I was wrong. This was my second time having dinner at Centro where the service was mediocre having our servers changed mid dinner even though the first one didn’t leave. Our pre dinner cocktails were tasty, but strong. My entree, rack of lamb, was cooked correctly, medium rare, but was tough. My girlfriend’s entree, grilled salmon, was excellent. We both thought they were unstaffed for the volume of business. Being our second time coming back, our first experience was much better.
Everything was beautiful, service was phenomenal food was delicious!
