Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

First time I've eaten here....not a big fan of it...but may give it another try

Portions are getting smaller and prices are going up. Not a good value anymore.

Small, but tasty. It doesn't matter for Zaxby sauce, so I've been turned up and ranch. Fast service. Just go thru.

My daughter visited the Cleveland location to order our dinner. She ordered a three-piece strip meal for herself, a Zaxby's club basket for me (my usual favorite), a large mushroom for us to share, a large coke for me, a medium drink for her, and extra Zaxby's sauce. When she returned home, my Zaxby's club basket was the new Zaxby's sandwich club. I was very disappointed as it consisted of a filet on a bun with a small amount of bacon, some pickles, and sauce, rather than the chicken fingers on Texas toast with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo that I had ordered and expected. This is the Zaxby's club that I love, and I hope they do not plan to replace it with this poor substitute. I only ate half of the sandwich, and if they discontinue my favorite Zaxby's club, I will discontinue going to Zaxby's.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but I noticed that the prices listed on the menu do not always match what I am charged. For example, a Zax Snak is listed as $8.39 on the menu, but I was charged $8.99 on my receipt. The cost of the same item can vary between $7 and $10.
