The woman in the drive thru rung in our order incorrectly (twice). It would?ve been easy to forgive, but unfortunately she was unapologetic and tried to blame her mistakes on me. She did refund the overcharge and replace the item she messed up, but not without attitude. View all feedback.

I ventured to the other side of town to visit this restaurant. I ordered the shrimp dish and was greeted by a friendly lady. The establishment was clean and the food was delicious.

We ordered two fish sandwiches on the weekend, but both were cold and burnt. We didn't ask for replacements because my husband was so disappointed. I usually love Captain D's, but this experience has turned me away. Today we tried the fish sandwiches again for lunch, but they were still old, cold, and burnt. Unfortunately, the employees seemed disinterested and the store and bathroom were very dirty. I hope they improve soon.
