Bruegger's Bagels - Cleveland

This was the most disrespectful experience I have ever had. I confronted the manager about her attitude and the way she was treating other customers, but she only became more rude. To make matters worse, I later discovered that she was actually the manager. I would advise avoiding this restaurant and heading over to Dunkin across the street.

The service at this restaurant was awful. The staff seemed to be miserable and they yelled at customers. They also opened almost an hour late. The general manager was rude and wouldn't allow anyone to look at the menu without yelling that they're not open.
