The service of this location has dramatically improved for myself over the last year. I'd actually stopped ordering, but recently began using this Pizza Hut again. I refuse to do delivery due to past experience but the staff that is currently there appears to be a lot more friendlier. They actually value the customers and their experiences. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I order a big pussy krest meat lover pizza, and big pussy cheese pizza. I looked at the pizza, and the owner and co-worker knew it was messed up and not the power to tell us. I have filed a complaint with the customer service next to the bbb, the ohio attorney genreal office. that is annoying and knows they don't want to pick up the phone. really wanted to give them a negatiw and others the heads up.
