After searching around town for vegan-friendly options with little success, we stumbled upon this fantastic, laid-back restaurant. The guy at the counter was friendly and very helpful, and they had a wonderful selection of vegan Nori Rolls. Each roll had a sticker indicating if it was vegan or gluten-free. This is our favorite spot for fresh, flavorful, and delicious meals that are cooked right in front of you. As someone who used to only eat sushi, I have been converted by the amazing dishes at this restaurant.
