I just received the lobster rolls as a Christmas gift. They far exceeded my expectations. They were wrapped really well absolutely fresh and so delicious. Would rate this company as a zero if available. Ordered 4 tails 5 6 oz with a BOGO free about $175. for a holiday party. Tails arrived in torn, worn plastic bags, tails were smaller than advertised with discolored centers and looked old. After jumping through hoops for the customer service rep with dates, times and pictures, they finally offered a $25 credit. We have discarded all 8 tails and have a greater appreciat...
