Local 188 is celebrating 25 years. There are a lot of reasons why this restaurant has that type of staying power in a Portland market where restaurants come and go. The ambiance with the owner's own eclectic art collection on the wall celebrating 25 years. The manager checking on us, the wait staff, and the unbelievably dishes. Delicious bread, appetizers, and entrees. This place just moved to our favorites list. View all feedback.

The menu was varied and interesting. The tapas selection was fun and unexpected. The paella was overcooked by about 4 minutes..the rice being a bit brittle and the shellfish dried out.
