Dae/Dave is the best of the best. He recommends the order of the meats that should be cooked and he is so accommodating. I usually frequent this establishment with a party or 7 or more and each time we have an amazing time. All you can eat Korean BBQ is Korean BBQ. Most of those I went to have few sections of food for different categories, e.g. meats, seafood, vegetables, dessert, soup, etc. Either you help yourself or the server there to assist you.
