Great restaurant. Very clean and a great place where you can sit and spend a lot of time. I sat on that panera and worked all morning. Food is also great. I like Panera bread food, especially salad and biscuits. Tonight? Lucky if able to buy a cookie. Update the delivery with Panera by Door Dash is terrible. You can go to Albany and Schenectady and come back and still have not received your order. It's horrible? read more.

This is a nice Panera to go too. Lines can get long during rush hours but you always know you?re going to get good food here. I recommend trying one of the cook...

The soup was delicious the sandwich not so much.. I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich and they were out of hummus. I do believe they should have made a substit...

"Hello, My husband and I went to your bagel shop today with a friend visiting from out of state. We asked your employee for a veggie sandwich with capers. Your employee said ?so a lox supreme but veggie? and I repeated it after that and said yes but without the lox. I ordered another sandwich a lox supreme normal. We had a friend with us and English is their second language and he was taking a little bit longer to review the menu because he was new to West end bagel. Your employee was extremely rude and impatient waiting for our friend to order. When people are speaking to each other in a language other than English then speaking to you in English this should not be a reason to get frustrated, this is a time to approach with patience and understanding. There was only two people behind us and another employee was helping them. I didn?t understand the rush. After we got our order the employee had made two lox supreme sandwich. I know that lox is salmon and that?s why I told them no lox on one of the sandwiches. I know there was a miscommunication but my husband is a lifelong vegetarian and we have never had a problem ordering a bagel sandwich this way before. Your employee went on to blame us for the error and even said there is no Veggie sandwich in your store even though it is clearly written on your board and they were incredibly rude. Sadly, we will not be returning to your restaurant because of the discomfort we felt today."
