"I arrived at lunch time and ordered a meal for take out.I purchased the aoli burger with sweet potato fries and cole slaw.It is packaged well, so it travels well.I loved everything about the burger and fries, but I was not a fan of the cole slaw. It was a vinegar base and I prefer mayonnaise. That's just my personal preference.The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff pleasant and willing to answer any questions.I have been here before and am familiar with the yummy food so I purchased a gift card for my brother's birthday to introduce him.He and his fiance were there yesterday and had a great experience and raved about the food. They tried a burger and a hot dog and tots. I've also introduced my sister who was visiting from TN over the Summer and she loved her dog as well.I'm from Troy and would love to see them add a 2nd location in my neighborhood!Vegetarian options: They offer meatless optionsKid-friendliness: There's a Foosball table that I saw kids playingParking: It's a strip mall. "I ordered a panini and when I finally got it, it was burned to a crack. My mother was with me and ordered something and they couldn't get that order right. I brought my food to the counter because I didn't want to eat it, and they asked if they could make a new one, and I said no thanks, my mother is halfway ready with her lunch. The girl who helped me was very nice and apologise and did her best to make good for it, but unfortunately it was too late. They were also made from almost all meats, so I couldn't get the sandwich I originally intended. How do you run from the product early Friday afternoon? The girl who helped me said that someone was new and maybe made mistakes with the orders I totally understand. I wasn't rude for anyone I just said not to worry about it being good and she's refunding my money for my meal. Anyway, I went to Jersey Mike's next door and got exactly what I wanted."

"In the past, our family loved Halfmoon Diner. Good food for a good price, a weekly place right after the church. Today I came with 3 children, 5 and under me. The host has been worse in recent years and he lost us for almost an hour. All they use is a pencil and paper pillow. It was disappointing and obvious to other customers he ignored us. Sad day for children, sad day for me and our extended family, as we will never return."

"When you go in Someone always greets you with a smile. The Person listens to what you want and doesn't just throw anything on your Sub. The Girl at the end when you pay for your Order is very nice. She makes sure you have everything you want. She also recommends having a Drink or Chips or a Brownie and by the way they are really good. I would definitely recommend this Place to anyone who wants a great Sub and It's just my opinion but they are better than Subway ???"
