"Hello, My husband and I went to your bagel shop today with a friend visiting from out of state. We asked your employee for a veggie sandwich with capers. Your employee said ?so a lox supreme but veggie? and I repeated it after that and said yes but without the lox. I ordered another sandwich a lox supreme normal. We had a friend with us and English is their second language and he was taking a little bit longer to review the menu because he was new to West end bagel. Your employee was extremely rude and impatient waiting for our friend to order. When people are speaking to each other in a language other than English then speaking to you in English this should not be a reason to get frustrated, this is a time to approach with patience and understanding. There was only two people behind us and another employee was helping them. I didn?t understand the rush. After we got our order the employee had made two lox supreme sandwich. I know that lox is salmon and that?s why I told them no lox on one of the sandwiches. I know there was a miscommunication but my husband is a lifelong vegetarian and we have never had a problem ordering a bagel sandwich this way before. Your employee went on to blame us for the error and even said there is no Veggie sandwich in your store even though it is clearly written on your board and they were incredibly rude. Sadly, we will not be returning to your restaurant because of the discomfort we felt today."

"Lovely little drive in a ways off of the 87 with pretty good food. Ordered the chili cheese fries because it's something I've enjoyed for years in Southern California and haven't really seen offered at many places in the Northeast so was very eager to try. The fries were good, and I make it a point to try Clam Chowder whenever I see it offered on a menu wherever I go, this place is no exception. Their clam chowder was decent, I've definitely had worse, but it could have been a lot better. Aside from that the burger my friend had was really good and I can't wait to go back again sometime this summer to try out their ice cream and dessert selections."

"Came in today and was greeted right away by a friendly person who sat us down and gave us a little snack while we looked at the menu. I was very impressed with the atmosphere in here and it felt very homey. The coffee is delicious and you can tell everything is cooked to order which is great because you do not want food that has been sitting in the back just screaming for someone to eat it be it dies. My wife used the facilities and said she wanted their restroom when she came back to the table because it was so beautiful . Between the service and atmosphere this is truly an awesome experience. Okay, just finished the meal simply amazing only words that I can describe for what I just had which was the philly cheesesteak omelette what home fries and rye bread with some coffee it's the breakfast of champions people you got to try it so get on in here and give it a go.
