Update May 2022. Still great service and a clean location. Service here is quick and friendly. Could become a regular spot to enjoy easily. Being in the strip mall there's a decent amount if shops to visit before dropping your butt on a chair, your shopping bags at your side and your face into a caffeine-filled coffee .....
