I ordered a strawberry shortcake for my mother's birthday that was beautiful but not what I asked for. I asked them to write Happy Birthday Mami and to draw a butterfly then they gave me a total price over the phone. I asked to make sure it was NOT made with strawberry preserve and instead with fresh strawberries and whip cream which they confirmed for me.
