"Good cookies, right? Pricier, but you know that going in. This location has consistently had terrible service. Untrained in customer service, borderline rude staff who behave as though your patronage is inconveniencing them. And assuming a tip at payment on top of premium pricing? Ridiculous."

"Me and my wife walked into order drinks. When we walked in the girl at the cash register told us one minute and she'd be with us. While we were waiting the three girls in the back were messing around and making them a drink with their own swig branded metal mugs and talking about boys. We waited 10 minutes and finally decided to leave. They asked us why we were leaving we told them they didn't ask us about the order or didn't provide any sort of customer service at all. Will not be going back! Go to fizz right down the road instead they make their drinks fresh and their customer service is on point!"
