I really liked this BBQ joint. The staff is very friendly and the place has a very relaxed atmosphere. I appreciate the fact that they let me create my own sampler plate. It included the pulled pig, BBQ chicken, smoked wings, a rib, and some brisket (see photo). I was once told that you can judge well BBQ based on whether you can enjoy it without adding BBQ sauce.
