In the first half of 2018, I've ordered 3 The Works pizzas on 3 occasions. The first two weren't done, the crust wasn't cooked. I didn't complain, just finished cooking them! The third was totally burnt! The bottom of the crust was black as was the toppings, therewas very little sauce or cheese!
