I went back to work for lunch today. The wonderful lady who operated the window made my day much better and I came back to the office to find a cookie in my pocket. What a wonderful surprise on a bad day. A customer service! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings:
The wait was long, drive thru and curbside only. Didn't mind the wait, 20-30 mins before we ordered, 30 mins after we ordered. Took 6 mins to get home. The only food that was hot when we got home was the Zaxby sandwich. Both meals were cold, fried pickles weren't drained of grease and had been put in the bag sideways.
