"Very nice waitress but the food wasn't so great. Had the shrimp tacos and the tortilla was cold and not cooked. Seemed like someone reached in a bag pulled it out, threw some shrimp in it and served it. When you pay with a debit card you will be forcedto leave an 18 percent tip because that's the lowest option for tip. Either no tip or 18 percent, you can't customize it.Fortunately our waitress was great and we didn't mind but everyone won't have the same experience. Hope that gets fixed"

"4 for food because they were out of squash otherwise the grilled flounder and chicken fried steak were great. . 4 for atmosphere because it is too cold in there. Anyone who had been there before put on a sweater or light jacket. PLEASE turn the thermostat up to a more comfortable temperature. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. Service: Dine in"

"I would have given this store a 1-2 star rating at one point as they close early, not open at weekends, times where I ordered two items and only got one, and that one time I was eating poisoning here... But now they're fine. Definite improvement. I am still not sure whether they are open on Saturday (and occasionally Fridays) as before, but they are closed on Sundays, which is understandable (but a Croissan'wich would beat on lazy Sunday morning). The food quality has consistently been the same with any other decent Burger King, and it is really quite fast to get through their line. It doesn't take long to make your food fresh when they need it. Not bad. Stop it, boys!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Please spare yourself from dining at this restaurant. It makes me sad writing a review like this but my family and I have tried eating here 5 times now and each time just gets worse. The last time we actually ate here,they were busy and understaffed but had an ?employee table? where the two managers a hostess sat, ate food and talked whilemultiple tables waited to be greeted, served or brought their checks. This visit made me the most angry that I called corporate.The manager of the Applebees ended up calling me and apologizing and offered me a gift card which I explained to him that wewouldn?t be coming back but wanted to email it to me anyway. I never received that email by the way. Fast forward to last week- my husband wanted to give them one more try. We walked in at about 3pm on a weekday. There was a bartender and a waitress about 2 tables and a couple people at the bar. We stood at the hostess table for 5 minutes until finally walking out. No oneeven looked at us. It isn?t hard to glance over and say ?I?ll be right with you.? It?s tough because Clovis already doesn?thave many options when it comes to dining and we really gave this restaurant so many chances. It all boils down to themanagement. When the managers don?t care, it reflects the entire establishment. Work ethic is at an all time low."

"Im convinced this has the best fast burgers in Clovis. Blakes lotaburger and taco box have disgustingly greasy burgers with patties that crumble away, applebees has no flavor; i think they wanted to specialize in oversalted fries. Mcdonalds burgers arethe worst, done by unhappy people and always wrong, but people go there because its the cheapest option. Burgerking has beendownhill for years, what used to be a great burger is now cold with different bread and taste that makes it unpleasantaltogether. Meanwhile, Wendys burger tastes good, and their burgers look pretty everytime i unwrap it, the vegetables look niceand fresh, the burgers dont look punched or rushed together. They've got new people working there too which was a nice changefrom before. They could work on cleanliness a bit 4/5 star for that. But they were kind, to us and double checked everything wasok with our order. It's good, go to Wendys, you'll be happy. Their Parmesean Caesars salad is real good, i love the cheap baconcheeseburgers but any burger you get it going to be good, Daves double is great and filling if youre hungry. The chicken nuggetsat Wendys are definitely better than any other places in Clovis. ?? Eat well !"
