I've been meaning to leave a review for awhile, but I haven't gotten around to it! Rare Tea has been my go to boba for the past year! I always get a jasmine milk tea with boba, and it's so delicious! Your staff has NO RESPECT for the tenants that live behind these businesses. I have called the police and will continue to call them until something is done. Tonight at 945pm (12.21.23, your staff is driving cars in circles, yelling and screaming). Please respect the surroundings your in otherwise I'll be forced to contact the property management and BBB.
