"Last day in Romania after a month travelling so we thought we’d treat ourselves to a nice meal out. When we arrived the waiter advised we would be waiting 40 minutes. Not an issue for us as we were in no hurry. Unfortunately, the food was average, and over priced and the wine was 50% more expensive than we had paid anywhere during our month in Romania. We left a small tip as we felt 400 lei for a 40 minute wait, 2 average mains, 2 poor deserts, 4 glasses of wine and 4 beers was a bit much. The waiter suddenly became very rude, shaking his head and asked for a bigger tip. When I said no, he said the tip wad “not worth it” and deducted it from the total. Unfortunately an unpleasant end to the evening."

"The shrimp and risotto was excellent, the bbq pork tostada was also good. The 4 cheese ravioli was ok...pasta was thick and there was no sauce, just olives and peppers. The service was excellent and the young man who took care of us was helpful and very prompt with service and the check. The food came out quickly as well."

"Don’t be fooled by the rating! 3/10. The only thing that was good about this restaurant was the view of the river. We were in this restaurant for over 3 hours waiting for starter main and desert. Terribly slow is a big understatement. Would 100% not recommend! Don’t waste your time here. You will thank me"

"I recently visited Klausen Burger and I have to say, I was 110% satisfied with my experience. The service was incredibly fast, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and it was clear that the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations based on my tastes and preferences. One of the highlights of my visit was the amazing view. The restaurant is situated in a great location- near old town in Cluj- with stunning views of the surrounding area. It really added to the overall dining experience and made it even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Klausen Burger to anyone looking for great food, friendly service, and an unforgettable dining experience. It's definitely worth a visit!"
