Dashi Japanese - Feedback

we decided to go with two portions of the two available bark types teriyaki and spicy. the noodles are very good, we liked them, but the bark was below average....

Quality has plummeted. Rice noodles were inedible because of too much soya sauce, beef strips were too hard to chew on. They no longer have complimentary chines...

it is not really ramen, but the suppe is beautiful, it tastes good; only that it does not rammen. if they order a false ram, the broth is only regular nebelsupp...
