What User doesn't like about KFC:
The service is perfectly adequate. I mean, you get what you'd expect in a fast-food chain restaurant: a smiley face, a perky presentation of the menu and suggestions for extras and plus-sized menus. The setting is welcoming, everything is clean and there are a lot of tables to choose from. The central location represents the best way to get visited often. Could be better. The frits, I wish they were salty and crisp. The wings and stripes are delicious. They're almost perfect. He wished they had lower prices
The eternal problem of this ocathment is the lack of staff and infernal tails. It's very much in turn, and the preparations are not at the level of other KFC restaurants

Yesterday a friend and I were in the kfc on cluj napoca, in piata unirii, when we were ordering a menu, we made a mistake, a normal language mistake because we are spanish and the girl worker romanian (immature, impolite and basic), dont understand us (and we dont understand her). We order two menus but the worker understand three. After the payment we realised about the mistake, and tried to explain to the worker. She go mad, and was furious, very angry, make us feel so bad, the place were full of people while she show her anger to us People like this must be conscious about working for a company and be grateful for having a job. Or simply be POLITE, or reasonable. Can't understand her reaction
