"5 stars for marketing and promotion, but the reality is a completely different experience. Each course takes time to come, like 25 minutes for a starter and 50 minutes for a main course. "Surprised that the tip percentage of 10% alerady imposed by waiter (not even recommended or ask if we want to leave a tip for service). We asked to split the bill so we can pay with two cards. In that case they said the tip cannot be added on one of the bills and MUST be paid in cash. Disappointing."
