A great blend of traditional recipes with a modern twist. There are so few restaurants like this in Romania that I really apreciate when i find one. You need to try their sour soups (they call them Zama- as the restaurant name). I also tried a very good goulash with very tender beef and a lot of flavor. I will keep it on my short list whenever I return to Cluj. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Zama:
Visited for lunch. Food was good, we were warned, it would be 30 min for food, which was okay. Our main thing came in 30ish min, but deserts lasted as long as it was basically dinner time when we left. All together we were there for about 3 hours and most of them waited. It's a shame because the food was nice! View all feedback.
Surprised. Nice location Good service. Delicious food. Namaliga is very orofessional. Soups exellent. Aperol can be better
7 times this year. Excelent all the time. Incredible local food, good local beer and very warm waiters. Try the shroom soup!
Extremly rude stuff. Please avoid. There are plenty of other restaurant with more respect for their clients

I was in Cluj for the Untold festival, first time there. Since I'm not fond of fast food (the main course of the festival) and I saw an add with this restaurant, well I took a little breather and went to Zama. And I once again praised my intuition, because boy the food is good. I wanted something breakfast-ish, so I ordered spinach with eggs.... YUMMM. The mushroom soup my friend got was good as well. I recommend it to the people who want to eat good food, good prices and good atmosphere.
