"What are the chicken strips at lunchtime. they were old and cold and very dark colored as in overcooked. I didn't find it until I got my food home. it seems as if Chick-fil-A speed has mastered on cost of quality. I will not go back"

"We just moved into our house and made renovations. We were so exhausted and hungry that we came to Chicken Express. We didn't know what the lady ordered at the counter made suggestions. Much to our surprise, our meals were delicious. The lady from the counter came to check us, she was the district manager and offered great suggestions for us as we are new to the community. We're going back!"

"Big experience with this sonic. with the sonic app helps the order smoothly. that was a mistake. I waited for an hour at the sonic to get the order. it took 20 minutes to answer the first call button. they answered. no eating. I could see that food bags go inside the food warmer. one was mine. I pressed the button again after about another 15 minutes. no answer, they'd cancel the intercom and I'd press the red button again. my family, who had waited for an hour at the time, began calling on the phone. the order has already been paid or I would have left a long time ago. at this point someone came out and said my order was so far down the list she didn't work. we have our order over an hour after the submission. do not use the sonic app and let them prepare for incompetence at this sonic."
