I have nothing but praise for this hotel! They are definitiv one if not the best hotel in the environment. you can't beat the price! staying here feels like the sky as the owners and server really fulfill all their needs. they even arranged our transport from Coban to the capital. when they are new in guatemala, they give this hotel a thought. I'm sure the place is nice but unfortunately, we never found out because we never made it past the front desk. My husband went in to see if they had someone to help us with our bags and he was greeted with a back and forward argument that he was my Uber driver lol?
